Members of the Premium Support Pack are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Personalised telephone assistance with a credit of 120 minutes per month (cannot be accumulated). With a single telephone number (toll-free from France) or whatsapp or skype number for international customers.
  • Personalised support + help with settings, with 30 minutes extra training when you set up (once only).
  • A dedicated adviser for your file/project
  • Priority email support: to deal with your tickets as a matter of priority.
  • Your requests for development improvements (minor) given priority on our ROADMAP
